I know it sounds strange to buy coupons when the purpose is to save money but if you can buy a lot of one coupon for $1 or $2 you save in the long run.
The first thing you need to do is set up a paypal account https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_registration-run It's fast, easy and very secure. It's kind of like an online debit card. You transfer funds from your checking/savings to your paypal account and then you can easily pay for your transactions from Ebay or other sellers online.
Then register with Ebay http://www.ebay.com/. In the search field type in the kind of coupon you are searching for and let the bidding begin. Most Ebay sellers only accept paypal as form of payment.
I've gotten so many great coupons from Ebay. Just watch the expiration date so you have time to use them before they expire.
