When you go to the grocery store make your list up before you go and only buy the items on your list, unless of course it's a great bargain! Grocery stores love to reel you in with the items they have in their ads just so you buy a bunch of other stuff.
If you shop at Weis, they put their clearance items on the bottom shelf. When you're in the aisles just glance down at the lower shelf and you might just find yourself a great deal especially if you have a coupon for it. Take your coupons in to every store because you might just miss a great bargain because the coupons were in the car or at home.
