Update on Bobby Rahal

As you all know, we were very displeased with the service we received at Bobby Rahal and we wrote a letter to Roland "Ron" Ferris who is the CEO of Bobby Rahal automotive group.

Mr. Ferris called me this morning and corrected the situation. He was very professional and courteous and understanding to our situation. I feel that Mr. Ferris as the CEO understands mistakes are made and with his professionalism saw fit to give the benefit of the doubt to the consumer. For this we feel it is the mark of a true businessman who understands all aspects of customer service. With the outcome of this situation we with drawl our previous posting which negatively reflected on Bobby Rahal Honda and wish to inform you that Bobby Rahal is dependable and willing to work with you. We are pleased with the outcome.
